BUGGY BOOTCAMP FITNESS PROGRAMMES

If you need that little extra support, focus and advice to reach your fitness goals then why not sign up to one of our fitness programmes which run alongside and perfectly complement our usual Buggy Bootcamp Classes. If it’s purely inch loss and nutrition support that you need then the Yummy Mummy 6 Week Fat Loss Plan for TWO will be perfect for you and a friend to embark on together. You will be measured regularly and unlike so many other weight loss programmes, exercise is included and promoted. It’s not just about the numbers on the scales it’s the numbers on the tape measure!  If you are recently postnatal and want to take your postnatal healing that little bit further with lifestyle, nutrition and simple exercises to really help your body, pelvic floor and core recover then the Postnatal Core Strength Programme is for you. If you have Diastasis Recti (ab separation) following pregnancy, no matter how long ago,  and need advice and support to make the gap functional if not close it then we have a healing programme for you. No matter where you are in your stage of motherhood maybe you just want support and advice to  improve the strength of your pelvic floor and core and ensure your body is working optimally, the 6 Week Core Strength Programme will guide you every step of the way.


YUMMY MUMMY 6 WEEK WEIGHT LOSS PLAN FOR TWO

Cost for the package £220 for 2 people (A fantastic price of £110 each)

A carefully designed  six week programme to help you and a friend lose inches and become fitter, healthier and stronger.  We look at lifestyle, nutrition and exercise and work out a plan that suits you both. This programme needs commitment and dedication from you. I give you the tools you need to succeed and help you incorporate them into your life and you have to use them.

The programme includes:-

  • Six classes for each of you at Buggy Bootcamp Bedford or Ampthill
  • Six x 1 hour PT sessions at either your or your friends home – the first session will be information gathering – the subsequent five session will be when we weigh and measure you both and when we go over your food diary. We will also incorporate a 30 minute exercise circuit during this hour
  • A home exercise programme for you and your friend to do together
  • Food diary observations
  • Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and support
  • Regular what’s app/text and email contact and face to face support at Bootcamp
  • Tips on incorporating exercise into your daily routine
  • Regular weight check and measurement check
  • Start and finish measurements and weigh in

YUMMY MUMMY 6 WEEK MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME FOR TWO

Cost for the package £90 (£45 each)

For those that have been on the 6 WEEK YUMMY MUMMY FAT LOSS PROGRAMME and who want continued support, and an ongoing weight and measurement check 

The programme includes:-

  • 6 x 30 minute PT sessions at your home or your friends home  During this hour weight and body measurements will be taken and food diary discussed.
  • Weight and body measurements taken at the start and then every 2 weeks
  • Food diary observations/nutrition and lifestyle checklist – either one or both
  • What’s app/text/email and face to face support at Buggy Bootcamp classes

POSTNATAL CORE STRENGTH PROGRAMME

Cost for the package £180

This is an exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programme for those mums who want to take control of their post natal recovery. This is about nourishing and nurturing your body, decreasing stress and allowing your body and mind time off to heal. The exercises are gentle and effective and the home programme designed in such a way that it’s easy to fit into day to day life. We are looking to improve posture and the aesthetics of your body but most importantly strengthen your body so that it is functionally fit to handle everything you need it to do and more with ease. The programme is suitable for all postnatal mums including those with diastasis recti and c-section recovery as the exercises prescribed will all be personal to you.

The programme includes:-

  • Home visit to check posture/breathing/diastasis/c -section scar – 1 hour
  • Home exercise and stretch programme – Simple stretches to help realign your posture and  easy to do exercises at home that will really start to strengthen your core and your body as a whole so that it all works in synergy
  • Five one to one sessions to progress your home exercises – 1 hour each
  • Nutrition and lifestyle advice and support – This is such an important part of recovery that is totally overlooked
  • What’s app/email/text/ support throughout and of course a weekly catch up at Buggy Bootcamp

CORE STRENGTH PROGRAMME

Cost for the package £180

This is an exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programme for those mums who want to really address the strength and functionality of their core. We are looking to improve posture and the aesthetics of your body but most importantly strengthen your body so that it is functionally fit to handle everything you need it to do and more with ease. It’s suitable for everyone as the exercises prescribed will all be personal to you.

The programme includes:-

  • Home Visit to check posture/breathing/diastasis/c- section scar/trigger points – this usually lasts about an hour
  • Home exercise and stretch programme – Simple stretches to help realign your posture and  easy to do exercises at home that will really start to strengthen your core and your body as a whole so that it all works in synergy
  • Five one to one sessions to progress your home exercises – 1 hour each
  • Nutrition and lifestyle advice and support
  • What’s app/email/text/ support throughout and of course a weekly catch up at Buggy Bootcamp

DIASTASIS “FUNCTIONAL GAP“ PROGRAMME

Cost for the package – £180

This is an exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programme for those who have a small diastasis. The aim of this programme is to strengthen your core to ensure that your gap is functional as it heals so that your body is functionally fit to handle everything you need it to do and more with ease.

Upon diagnosing your diastasis recti when you first start Buggy Bootcamp you will already have received information from me regarding what you need to avoid thus giving your body the best chance to heal. During the Buggy Bootcamp classes I always make sure that everything you are doing is safe for you, but because it’s a class I don’t have the opportunity to give 1:1 personal training within the class so it is difficult to regularly check your progress and then adapt the exercises on a personal basis when you are ready to progress. If you want to take control of your healing and actively strengthen your core ensuring that the gap between your abs is functional and has the best opportunity to heal, you need to address posture, breathing, lifestyle movements, nutrition, stress and retrain your transverse abdominals and then progress the exercises so that your core gets stronger and able to cope with more movements. Enrolling on this programme means that you are supported and advised in all of these areas so that exercises can be progressed when you are ready with the one to one sessions. This programme needs commitment and dedication from you particularly regarding the home exercises and the NUTRITION, it won’t work by reading and nodding.
