We meet at the semi circle of trees which is on the grassy area in Russell Park behind The Radhini Indiain Restaurant

There is plenty of free parking along parts of The Embankment and roads surrounding the park – just check before leaving your car. There are toilets, baby change facilities and refreshments nearby at The Kiosk cafe



Monday @ 9.30am @ Russell Park – BEDFORD – Term Time & School Holidays

Tuesday @ 9.30am – BuggyBootcamp PLUS (not suitable for beginners) @ Russell Park – BEDFORD – Term Time Only

Thursday @ 10.45am @ Ampthill Great Park – AMPTHILL – Term Time Only

Friday @ 9.30am @ Russell Park – BEDFORD – Term Time & School Holidays.


The classes are paid in advance term time blocks. Pay as You Go is available during school holidays on select classes.

The upcoming 5 week block runs from :-

Monday 22nd April to Friday 24th May 2019 – There will be no class on Monday 20th May – Replacement class will be on Monday 27th May

You can choose to pay for 1 class per week at either location, 2 a week at either location, or have unlimited access at either location. Pick and choose the class day, time and location that suits you best, it doesn’t have to be the same day each week. If you have to miss a class you can make it up on another day or location within the term. You can start part way through a term and the fee is adjusted pro rata and we can always adjust for holidays as long as we know in advance

1 x Class per week @ £32.50

2 x Classes per week @ £50.00

Unlimited Classes per week @ £60.00

Pay as You Go during half term @ £5 per class


Great Park – AMPTHILL

Ampthill Great Park – Woburn Street – Ampthill – MK45 2HX

We meet at The Hub cafe which is in the Central Car Park of Ampthill Great Park. From here we walk to the childrens’ play park to exercise.

There is plenty of free parking, along with toilets, baby changing facilities and hot and cold refreshments available nearby at The Hub cafe

Once submitted your responses will be reviewed and we will contact you to book in a short home visit and then book you in for your first class


Mums are so precious and the postnatal period and beyond is a really challenging time. Pregnancy and giving birth is very traumatic for your body so exercise at this time is definitely not one size fit’s all although it’s also a time when perhaps we need the most functionality in our movement – bending, twisting, carrying, lunging, lifting etc. Even many years after giving birth problems can still be apparent without the correct movement instruction. All Buggy Bootcamp classes are carefully planned and can be easily adapted to suit both postnatal mums and athletes alike to ensure that you exercise in a way that is safe for you.


Positive Postnatal nutrition is the key to recovering quickly after the birth of your child and is so often over looked. Listen to your body. Listen to your appetite. Feed your body. Don’t starve it. There are no food do nots or leave outs and perfection is positively boring! Enrol on one of our 6 week programmes for that extra guidance and support during your journey back to being YOU.
