We meet at the semi circle of trees which is on the grassy area in Russell Park behind The Radhini Indiain Restaurant

There is plenty of free parking along parts of The Embankment and roads surrounding the park – just check before leaving your car. There are toilets, baby change facilities and refreshments nearby at The Kiosk cafe

Childrens Play Area – GREAT DENHAM – Classes are currently paused

We meet either at the Outdoor exercise area or the MUGA.

There is plenty of free parking in the car park near the (soon to be  opened hopefully!) village hall.

Please note that this is an advanced class not suitable for beginners.

COST

Classes are paid per term in advance


All classes have to be paid for in advance – we are currently operating on a 10 class pass system. You simply use a pass every time you attend a class

10 CLASSES @ £50

You don’t have to attend the same class each week and you can attend as many or as few classes as you want to.

ONLINE CLASSES – USING ZOOM MEETINGS

During our current crisis and the lockdown rules all of our classes are currently being held on zoom and we would love you to join us. Simply complete the online health questionnaire and I will review it and we can have a video call to check your tummy for diastasis recti and your core connection. We can then get you signed up to the classes and using zoom you can meet us to exercise.

It’s actually working so well online that even when everything finally gets back to normal we will continue with one class a week on Zoom as a catch up for those of you that may miss an outdoor class.

We meet on the football pitches which are at the end of Harrier Leys, off Green Lane in Wixams.

There is plenty of free parking but no toilets or baby changing facilities.

This class is for postnatal mums and beyond and is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities – there are low and high impact exercise options throughout.

Once submitted I will review your responses and then contact you to book in a short home visit and before booking you in for your first class



TRAINING VISION

Mums are so precious and the postnatal period and beyond is a really challenging time. Pregnancy and giving birth is very traumatic for your body so exercise at this time is definitely not one size fit’s all although it’s also a time when perhaps we need the most functionality in our movement – bending, twisting, carrying, lunging, lifting etc. Even many years after giving birth problems can still be apparent without the correct movement instruction. All Buggy Bootcamp classes are carefully planned and can be easily adapted to suit both postnatal mums and recovered mums alike to ensure that you exercise in a way that is safe for you.


HEALTHY DIET

Positive Postnatal nutrition is the key to recovering quickly after the birth of your child and is so often over looked. Listen to your body. Listen to your appetite. Feed your body. Don’t starve it. There are no food do nots or leave outs and perfection is positively boring! Enrol on one of our 6 week programmes for that extra guidance and support during your journey back to being YOU.
